Our SMARTBOT Robotic System is an omni-directional surface preparation vehicle that attaches itself, using a vacuum, to any vertical, horizontal or overhead surface. Utilizing this system and our proprietary process, a single operator can remove coatings at a rate of 350 - 550 sq. ft. per hour. Production rates will vary depending on coating millage and whether using a 40K or 55K UHP pump.
The SMARTBOT Robotic System will collect 100% of water, removed coatings and rust leaving behind an ultra-clean surface that is free of all salts and chlorides. The system leaves a dry substrate that has the existing profile as it was initially instated with no metal loss. The surface is ready to be coated immediately following the robot which allows for maximum production each shift.
The removed coatings and water are then carried through our proprietary process, utilizing a vacuum source, to remove all contaminants that need to be contained or treated for disposal. All paint chips and contaminants are separated from the used water and held in a specialty liner for disposal. The water then continues through our filtration system to be treated for disposal. The water at this point is typically lower than 10 ppm, which is generally acceptable for disposal into treated sewers or drainage systems.
Our UHP hand lance units give operators more power through a high speed rotary head, making it ideal for removing the toughest coatings. Utilizing compressed air, lower water volumes and a light weight body, our hand lance units are reducing operator fatigue, making your jobs more efficient and safe. All hand lances are also equipped with a double trigger setup that both need to be compressed in order for the gun to operate. This is just one more way we are keeping your workforce safe.
UHP hand lances are ideal for removing materials such as coatings, rubber, fiberglass, rust, scale, calcium deposits and oxides. With multiple cutting and sweep heads available, we are able to customize your solution to fit your specific need. This solution gives your operators a more flexible yet powerful removal method in various environments. With its unmatched productivity and eco-friendly operation, our hand lances are a sensible alternative to grit blasting, burning and chemical removal.
Our UHP pumps have become the industry standard for portable ultra-high-pressure surface prep and industrial cleaning. Utilizing an Allen Bradley control system, operators can operate at pressure ranging from 10,000 - 55,000 psi. in increments of 1,000 psi. Providing plenty of power to operate our SMARTBOT Robotic system, Hand Lance system, or other UHP equipment.
Equipped with diagnostic sensors, our UHP pumps are able to alert the operator with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance if needed. These sensors monitor inlet water pressure, temperatures and oil pressure to provider safer operations. The pump will automatically shut down should a situation arise and simultaneously relieve water pressure to 0 psi. within a second of shutdown.
By installing upgraded safety and operational components, we are able to provide a more efficient piece of equipment that has less downtime and therefore more productivity. For ease of transportation, all pumps have also been equipped with lifting and hoisting engineered and certified to SEPCo specifications.
Our UHP deck hog is a powerful and efficient tool for tackling your more difficult decking surface preparation tasks. The walk behind deck hog unit gets its power from our 40K UHP pump and is able to do the work of two hand lance operators, prepping 175 – 225 sq. ft. per hour of operation.
The UHP deck hog is ideal for removing heavy non skids, coatings, corrosion, fiberglass and rubber surfaces. We offer the unit with a vacuum recovery attachment that assists with containing the majority of waste from the surface prep operations. This simple, easy to use piece of equipment is able to reach under clearances as low as 15.5 in. and has a detachable head, making it easy for transportation.
Our automated UHP cutting system provides customers with a safe, fast and precise alternative to conventional industry cutting practices. The system gets its power from our UHP pump and a small portable pot of garnet which is injected into the water stream. Using the abrasive cutting head that moves along a magnetic track system, the system is able to cut substrates up to four (4) in. thick.
In order to give operators complete control, the system includes variable speeds which offers both forward and reverse motion. The UHP cutting system is ideal for cutting tank roof tops, tank bottoms, doorways, pipe and more. It is contained and has a small footprint, allowing other trades to continue operation and increase productivity on maintenance projects.
Operators using our UHP cutting system can eliminate the need for "hot work", increase productivity and reduce the amount of cleanup and demobilization time. Making it a great alternative to traditional cutting methods.
We offer automated tooling that provides client's with a highly productive and safe manner for internal pipe surface preparation. Automated tooling provides operators the ability to remove heavy materials such as cement from inside of existing pipe, and also the cleaning of deep water riser joints offshore.
Built around the AutoBox ABX-PRO, a versatile hose drive that can be adapted to a wide range of cleaning applications, the AutoPack-PRO is equipped with everything you need to successfully complete jobs spanning pipe, drain, and tube cleaning.
The AutoBox ABX-500 is a hands-free hose tractor for pipe and vessel cleaning. This utility hose feeding system can be adapted for a wide range of applications to enable precision hose control and increased safety. The ABX-500 accommodates a wide range of hose sizes and passes couplings up to 1.75 in. (45 mm) OD.
The Beetle product family is the only set of tools in the industry to deliver high pressure rotary jets in a form factor under 2 inches (51 mm) in length. The small diameter and short length of the Beetle models make them ideal for cleaning process piping, drain lines, u-tube bundles and other small ID conduit with bends that may have been inaccessible in the past.
The 2” Badger is a self-rotating swivel designed for cleaning 2–4 in. (51–102 mm) pipes with bends and long radius elbows, such as U-Tubes and process lines. The latest design includes a spring-loaded pin that ratchets the head to machined edges on the shaft. Therefore, the head can only be removed with a special head removal tool and not while in operation.
The 4” Badger self-rotary tool makes cleaning pipes with elbows easy, navigating 4 in. (102 mm) bends with controlled rotation which is important for efficiently cleaning larger pipes. The operator can choose between two rotation speeds by selecting fast or slow viscous fluid.
The 6” Badger features adjustable speed control which allows operators to meet the demands of the task at hand – slower speeds for tough deposits and plugs, faster rotation for easier jobs or polishing.
A centralizer balances jet standoff distance for more consistent cleaning and helps to protect the tool as it passes through the pipe.In cases where pipe size is more than 1.5 times the diameter of the tool, a centralizer is an important safety device, preventing the tool from turning around and thrusting backwards out of the pipe.
Backout preventers are required safety equipment for high pressure pipe and tube cleaning applications. They are specifically designed to prevent the tool from exiting the pipe during operation.Several options are available to cover a range of diameters and mounting patterns.

Whether you need diesel, electric or even air powered pressure washers, we have the equipment to arm your task force.
With the main goal to better serve our clients, we have pioneered the development of a unique (patent pending) process for surface preparation. Pairing our equipment with this process gives you a complete solution for any project. Whether you are dealing with lead coatings or no access to clean water, we've got the solution to get your project started.
We have engineered and designed a cleaner way to dispose of water from UHP blasting. Our patent pending filtration system takes the dispensed water from our dewatering vacuum box and pumps it into the dispensed water filtration system using a 2 in. diaphragm pump.
The dispensed water then runs through our filter system that contains three specially designed filters. Once it reaches the discharge manifold the particles in the water range from 4 - 10 parts per million (ppm). Government regulates that land and offshore water disposal to be no more than 29 PPM. Therefore, water dispensed from our filtration system in most cases can be drained into process lines, sewers, ditches, drains, etc.
Our Aqua-Clean system has been developed from non-hazardous inorganic compounds manufactured in the USA. It consists of irregularly shaped particles which specifically target heavy metals in liquids. The compounds react with the metals as they come into contact, forming an insoluble solid which adheres to the irregular surface of the Aqua-Clean System. This system is the next step in applying inorganic compound technology to environmental problems such as industrial waste water, and runoff water from remediation areas; problems not readily addressed by mechanical mixing of media.
The UHP blasting waste water is first moved through our patent-pending dispensed water filtration system before the Aqua-Clean system. This allows for a less invasive “in-situ” treatment which drastically reduces treatment costs by alleviating the need for transportation and costly disposal. Problems with runoff using abrasive blasting and such are handled simply and efficiently using ISP's Smart Robotic System or portable containment for Hand Lancing.
The easy to use rotary injection nozzle is used with our air-powered Hand Lance rotary gun. This accessory has dustless operations and creates a 2-5 MIL anchor profile. The heavy duty welded steel frame and 15 degree fan nozzle gives optimal coverage when prepping surfaces.
Operating at pressures up to 40,000 psi., the rotary injection nozzle is ideal for creating profiles, removing heavy coatings, rust and corrosion. The unit utilizes a polyurethane pot that holds an estimated 200 lbs. of 36 virgin garnet abrasive. Normal operations are typically 50 lbs. of garnet abrasive per hour. This reduces normal abrasive usage up to 75%.
Our air diaphragm pumps offer a wide array of material and porting configurations. Air diaphragm pumps are often used for transferring, filling, re-circulation, and batching in ceramic, industrial, chemical, and petrochemical markets.
Air diaphragm pumps are commonly used in the SMARTBOT Robotic system to help move water through our proprietary filtration process.
Our dewatering vacuum boxes are ideal for a variety of containment applications where it is necessary to facilitate easy, leak-proof transportation during vacuum pumping applications. The boxes are used to temporarily hold paint chips and other contaminants during SMARTBOT robotic & hand lance surface preparation operations. Boxes are also equipped with our proprietary liner system and support cage.
